Hello everyone! I'm glad to announce event no. 6! It's going to be a "personality exchange week" where your characters will get to act as another CANON character ;D I'm sure all of you will like it so enjoy! To get more details visit the events page, which will be updated this weekend or ask either Taiwan or Germania.
GUYS I FORGOT TO ADD. Taiwan and Germania will be the ones deciding the switches, if you have complaints go talk to them.

Thanks everyone who suggested their help in the administration! It's really kind of you all >3< Actually, so many people proposed their help, I... I don't know who to pick...
So!
I thought I might just... pick a couple of person and assing them to a specific role. Anyone who wants to apply for a certain role, just come to me on msn and we'll talk about it?

Anyway.

I would need... a Game Master? A new... ''Big Boss.'' The one who's going to deal with the new rules, the questions, administration in general...
Someone (or two) for the events. So we can organize awesome events ! >3<!!

...That's... pretty much it. I'll be taking care of the applications, mainly. I'll still be helping with everything else, but that's pretty much it. Let's say I'll be the cheif and you'll be the minions doing most of the job xD (okay, not really, but eh)

Yo.
So I'm sure I'm not learning anything to anyone, but I thought it needed to be said.
Anyway. I'm... kind of asking for your help. This is important.
I'm sorta getting tired of taking care of the RP. Don't get me wrong, it's nothing against you all >3<! But I'm lacking time and energy for it. So I was wondering if some people wants to actual admin it with me? It can be more than one person.
I personally still want to have a word on things, and take care of the applications, but evrything that is events, updating the lists and stuff.... I don't want to take care of it anymore OTL' it's taking too much of my time...
So is anyone interested? I... won't pick anyone, that's for sure, but just ask... If I tell you no... don't be mad at me, eh? I want to take someone I would trust...
On another nooooote... A new rule has been added. OTL' I didn't thought I had to put it in the first place because I thought it was obvious, but... anyway. You'll see.

Hello here fellows!
So I'm definitely done with the cleaning! Sorry for all the time it took... OTL'
I decided to make some changes. I need to ''instal'' them but I'll have the time for it in the upcoming week...
For first, I'll close the possibility to have a second character.
But don't worry! Those who already have a second character will be able to keep it! And for those who were waiting for the application to re-open before applying for a second character will have their chance too. But for the new applicants... Well I am sorry.
So here is how it's going to work: You all have a whole week - until October 19 - to send in an application for a second character. Please, take note that the applications are still closed for newcomers. They'll re-open in a week or so.

The unactive characters had been deleted too! The canon list had been updated, with the available characters. Please take note that some aren't listed due to being reserved~!

On another note, a member gave me an idea for a new event~ Halloween special! ...But first, I want your opinion! So please visit this [link] to give your opinion!

Rules

-To be part of the RP, you need to fill the form that you’ll find here [link] . Wait to be approved before you start to rp! We will notify you. (will do as fast as we can, promised!)

-Both canon and original characters are allowed; however, original characters must be Hetalia-related (for more information, see the application journal)

-You CAN'T have two characters.

-Stay in character! If you misbehave too much you’ll be kicked out. The point in roleplaying is to act like the character!
(You can talk ooc (out of character) with others, as long as you mostly RP. Ooc speeches are to be written between double brackets: ((ooc speech example)) )

-If you know you won't be able to connect for a while, please send us a note.

-If we see that you're not active anymore, you'll receive a note for your inactivity. If you don't log in more, you'll be terminated and your role will be free again. Please understand that we cannot have an inactive RPer, even more so if a new comer wants to take the character you are neglecting.

-Same thing if you apply and never give any sign of life. Your application will only disappear and the character will be free to take once again.

-If you join, please add ~Msn-Power-Hetalia to your watchlist and on your journal / signature. We need some publicity!

-As for the characters, they are talking on msn-messenger, not meeting in person (unless they decide to meet, of course)!

-The RP is set in our time, not during World War II… for the reality matter. …There weren’t any computers or msn in 1933.

-There is no official pairing. Be free to create some at your ease, if both RPers agree. See the pairing page for more information.

-When you choose your character, you can’t change it!

-Some people have complained about it, so I thought we should add it here. No godmoding. If we get too much complaining about you doing so, we'll have to terminate you. Try to be fair, alright?

-Your character can't be pregnant. I don't mind if you want to adopt, but no pregnancy. Why? Logic. They are countries. Having a child would mean a new country, right? ...Countries don't pop out of the sea like that. So they can adopt human babies, but no ''country'' ones. ...And keep in mind that those babies will die earlier than their parent. Think about it, please, before you do it. Think about what your character would say about that. Stay in character no matter what, eh?
